Clear Springs offers trout burger and Peruvian rainbow trout...

American trout producer Clear Springs Foods introduces the new rainbow trout burger and hopes to provide benefit in high tasty-healthy food trend.

This product is cooked with 100% farmed trout and Monterey Jack cheese and contains high protein and Omega 3 without trans fatty. Also it doesn't contain gluten (a protein group found in cereal such as wheat).         

Burgers are flavored with jalapeño pepper, lemon juice, parley, garlic, coriander and garlic chive.

Clear Springs recommends bacon, lettuce, tomatoes in the menu and sauces like chipotle aioli, jalapeño mayo and chili-lime tartar with trout burger.

Clear Springs authorities says that "Possibilities are unlimited to create your menu".

The company also adds the new Ruby Red rainbow trout (a trout type fed with crustaceans). This trout species is farmed in cold waters of Peru and suitable to 110 g and 170 g natural boneless fillet and 100 or 170 g butterfly cut.

Ruby Red rainbow trout covenants that wide range of cooking options such as grilled, fried and cooked types and a successive dish presentation from entree to salads.
